Nature Trails Staycation Site Map

All Guests:

  1. Check In Time is 3:00 pm on date of arrival.
  2. Check Out Time is 11:00 am on date of departure.
  3. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please be quiet and considerate of your neighbors.
  4. Reservations are for a maximum of four people per site, 2 adults and 2 children. Additional overnight guests, including children over the age of 5, will be $7.00 per person per night.
  5. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for their minor children at all times. At NO TIME will the park be held responsible for any licensee’s minor child.
  6. All RV/Camper trailers must be 15 years or newer; your RV/camper must be street legal, in good sound condition and must be visually pleasing (discretion of camp manager).
  7. Major vehicle repairs or maintenance will NOT be permitted on the premises. If your vehicle, RV or camper become disabled in any way please notify the office immediately, no exceptions given. Must be off property by departure or will be towed immediately at property owner expense.
  8. Each site is based on 2 Vehicles. Large work trucks, utility trailers or cargo trailers must be approved by the office personnel. You must park within your site. No parking in adjacent sites or grass. Additional parking passes can be purchased if you or your family have more than 2 cars for $5.00 each. Trailer parking is $15.00 per month.
  9. Please keep your site free of debris, clothes lines, cigarette butts and clutter. You must keep all loose items within a lidded tote either by your stairs or under your RV. No clotheslines.
  10. All antennas/satellite dishes must be attached to RV or free standing. No antennas or satellites will be attached or affixed to any sites or property belonging to Nature Trails Staycation. Nature Trails Staycation will not be held responsible for any damage to your antennas or satellite dishes.
  11. Loud, obnoxious, disorderly, boisterous, or unlawful conduct or conduct that disturbs or threatens the rights, comfort, or inconvenience of others in or near the Property will not be tolerated.
  12. Violence or the threat of violence will not be tolerated.
  13. Guns, knives, arrows or other weapons must be in compliance with all local, state and federal laws and/or guidelines.
  14. The wildlife in and around our park should be enjoyed, not HUNTED. There is no authorized hunting of any animals on our property.
  15. We have a stocked lake for your enjoyment as well. All fishing is CATCH and RELEASE ONLY. Failure to do so will result in being asked to vacate the premises.
  16. The possession, sale or manufacture of illegal drugs or drug paraphernalia on the RV Site or anywhere else on the Property is strictly prohibited and will result in removal from Nature Trails Staycation property.
  17. The storage of hazardous materials on the RV Site or on the Property is prohibited.
  18. The speed limit is 5 mph. STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will be asked to vacate upon a second violation.
  19. No parking or driving on the grass or in unassigned parking spaces or sites.
  20. Cutting of trees is prohibited.
  21. Campfires are allowed only when the burn ban is lifted and then only in designated fire rings.
  22. Do not let water run unnecessarily. No washing of vehicles/RV/ATV.
  23. A sewer hose “donut” or “L” connector is required.
  24. No air-conditioning units in any of the windows or doors in your RV.
  25. Absolutely no fireworks are to be used within the confines of Nature Trails Staycation as they are a fire hazard to our RVs, our buildings and our amenities.
  26. No ATV/UTV/Dirt Bikes/Golf Carts are allowed on premises unless staying as a guest. While we are still working in the back 76 acres, we have opened up some trails. Enter at your own risk. Do not go when muddy as you will get stuck, and it will create ruts and tear up the trails. You can access them with an ATV/UTV/Dirt Bike/Golf Cart when it has not been raining. You can walk down them whenever you’d like. Do not drive down the road that is under construction and do not mess with any of the construction equipment.
  27. It is your responsibility to make sure the park’s water supply at your site does not freeze and breaks in the winter months. You can completely unhook the water supply and turn the hydrant off to prevent freezing and breaking or you can add heat tape and insulation to cover the entire hydrant to keep your water connected. The heat tape must have power at all times and be installed correctly. If the yard hydrant freezes and breaks you will be responsible for the repair costs in the amount of $325.00.

Park Policies:

Monthly Stay: Monthly stay Licensees are required to pay on the 1st of the month and payments will be considered late after the 3rd day of the month; late fees of 5% of the total monthly RV site use rate will be applied for each day late past the 3rd day of the month. All extended stay Licensees must pay in advance.

Accepted payment methods include the following:

- ACH transaction ($20.00/month fee)
- VENMO@naturetrailsrvpark
- Check, Money Order or Cashier’s Check
- Cash
A security deposit in the amount of $125.00 is due at the time of booking to reserve your site.

By paying with credit or with debit card you have provided Nature Trails Staycation assumed permission to keep your card on file and provide Nature Trails Staycation with permission to automatically process payment on your card for the monthly RV site use rate, excess utility charges (over $150) and late fee charges by the fifth (5th) of every month. Please note: the payment process could take up to five (5) business days to complete.

Monthly Licensees are required to give seven (7) day notice when vacating the premises.

Park Office: NT Staycation does not have a Park Host. The park office is open Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:00am – 3:00pm. In case of a non-medical emergency (i.e. water or electric issue) please send an email to

Mail: We highly recommend you obtain a Post Office Box. However, we are also aware that it may be necessary to have mail and packages delivered directly. Therefore, if you intend to have packages delivered to the RV Park, please use the following to have packages delivered directly to your site as we are not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages.

The USPS mail is collected by an OFFICE EMPLOYEE Tuesdays and Thursdays. As the mailbox is for park business, we ask that the NT Park Licensees DO NOT access the roadside boxes. Regardless, if not intentionally, tampering with a mailbox or mail that is not your own is a federal crime. It is considered a violation of Title 18, United States Code, Section 1705 and can be punishable for up to three years in prison and/or a fine of up to $250,000.00. This is why we highly recommend you obtain a personal Post Office Box. *We are not responsible for any packages deliveries or lost or stolen mail or packages. Please contact the sender or delivery company to confirm any packages.

Pets: We know that pets are part of the family. We are a pet friendly park and ask that everyone respects the park policies regarding pets. Licensees may have 4 pets, there is no breed restriction on dogs, however aggressive dogs will be asked to leave. All pets are required to be under the control of their owner at all times and must be on a leash with the owner at one end of the leash and the pet at the other end. A pet must never be tied up outside of an RV and/or left unattended. We do allow gating outside of your RV for your pet. No pets are allowed in the office/store, restrooms, laundry or any other common areas. All pets must be updated on all vaccinations and guests must be able to provide a copy to the office if requested. Animals are the exclusive responsibility of their owners. Noisy pets will not be allowed. Keep our park clean – pick up after your pet! Please note we have provided “receptacles” to help with keeping the park clean.

WiFi: We do have Internet throughout the park. We are not sure how well it will work in your camper, but it does work outside in the park.

Laundry Facility: We have coin operated washers and dryers located near the office for your convenience.

Restroom & Shower Facility: We try to keep our restroom and shower facilities neat and clean at all times. We ask that you do the same and help us to take care of them. Please do not use the restroom sinks to wash your dishes and please report any problems to the office immediately. These facilities are for the use of all and no personal items are to be left behind or stored here due to sanitary reasons. Please note that if found, these items will be thrown away.

Cancellation Policy: 14-day cancellation notice required to receive a refund in full amount for RV sites. If cancelled within 7 days, you will receive a refund of 50 %. Less than 72 hours no refund will be given.
Holiday cancellations require 7-day cancellations in all cases; if cancelled within 7 days or less, you agree to the forfeiture of the entire reservation amount.
“No shows” forfeit entire reservation amount.

Please be aware that there is wildlife in and around the park. No open-toed shoes should be worn in the woods for your own protection. Use caution at night and watch your surroundings as there are snakes, skunks, possums and other animals in and around your site area. Flashlights at night are highly recommended.

Please do not walk the nature trails at nighttime as they are only available from dawn to sunset (daylight hours only!). You must stay alert and watch your surroundings in the wooded areas of the park.
