Tiny Homes: Monthly lot rents are $590 plus electric (with $125 electric deposit due when setting reservation) for those who want to bring their own Tiny Home.
Prices vary as to type or size of site. Larger sites cost more.
Each rate is based on four people per site. Each additional person over the age of five
years is $7.00 per day.
